The purposes of this Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education (LAE) report was to review RPL progress in Nova Scotia since implementation of the RPL Policy Framework in 2010; provide strategic advice on moving towards a more coordinated, coherent competency-based approach to RPL in Nova Scotia; and recommend updates to the existing Policy Framework.
