Lieutenant Navy Donald (Doug) Gray was elected to the CAPLA Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in November, 2018. Doug is a Training Development Officer at Military Personnel Generation Group and is the manager of the Canadian Armed Forces - Accreditation Certification Equivalency (CAF- ACE) portfolio. As CAF-ACE Manager, he is responsible to oversee the curriculum alignment between Canadian Colleges and the CAF. This portfolio is the sole method for programs to be assessed to be eligible for Non-Commissioned Member subsidized education and prior learning assessment of post-secondary institution programs.
