Amanda Morrissey is the RPL Coordinator for Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Recognizing Prior Learning Program where she coordinates and implements all activities and projects related to the RPL Program including supporting participants, employers, and RPL Navigators. Amanda’s main focus is supporting individuals in gaining credit for their previous on-the-job training, formal education, and life experiences to attain CCA Certification, contributing to the recruitment and retention of a qualified CCA work force in Nova Scotia. She is passionate about creating equitable access and mitigating barriers for all individuals hoping to further their education.
